For any question, bug, account issue, or feedback about ThirstCraft, email joel@thirstyaztec.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
ThirstCraft has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report it two ways:
1. In the app — use the report control on any chat message, player name, or custom map to flag it. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates our rules, and repeat offenders are banned.
2. By email — send details to joel@thirstyaztec.com and we will act within 24 hours.
You can also block any player in the app so you no longer see their messages or content.
Manage or delete your account anytime: open the app or thirstcraft.net, tap your name, then delete my account. See our Privacy Policy for what we store.
