Effective June 11, 2026
ThirstCraft collects the minimum needed to run the game:
1. Account name + PIN — if you claim a ladder name, we store the name you choose and a salted hash of your PIN (never the PIN itself). No email, phone number, or real name is requested or stored.
2. Game results — wins, losses, and a skill rating tied to your ladder name.
3. Gameplay content — chat messages (recent messages only, older ones are discarded) and custom map images you choose to upload and share.
No advertising. No analytics or tracking SDKs. No selling or sharing data with third parties. No tracking you across other apps or websites. No location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
Everything we store exists only to make the game work: showing the leaderboard, keeping your rating across devices, delivering chat, and hosting custom maps. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
You can delete your account at any time inside the app or at thirstcraft.net: tap your name → delete my account. This permanently erases your name, PIN, and ladder record. Custom maps can be removed via their report function or by contacting us.
ThirstCraft does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts are optional pseudonymous gamertags; the game is fully playable as a guest.
